PhailureToronto, Ontario, Canada
Phailure started playing World of Warcraft on Day One. He has extensive experience during the early days of Vanilla raiding and the “Golden Age” of raiding in Burning Crusade. He was the raid leader of two very successful progression guilds, <Guards of Honor> and <Vintage> on US-Boulderfist which defeated nearly all raid tiers during The Burning Crusade.
Phailure joined Legends Anonymous several weeks before Warlords of Draenor launched. Albeit quiet at first, he quickly helped LA defeat every encounter as well provided much needed tuning and insight to the encounters.
Phailure is the “wise old man” of the guild. His near 100% raid attendance early on earned him the respect of his guildmates as well as his propensity for teamwork. Out of seemingly nowhere, Phailure stepped up during Heroic Blast Furnace Progression and played a key role in coordinating the eventual progression kill. He remained a fixture of raid strategy discussion throughout Blackrock Foundry.
Marcus and Dr. Legend promoted Phailure to the Guild Council following Blackrock Foundry when Smashbox retired from active raiding. Phailure was the perfect fit for the open leadership position. His extensive knowledge of raid mechanics, strategy and tactics earned him the position as Raid Coordinator starting in Hellfire Citadel. Phailure proved to be the fastest rising star in Legends Anonymous and was promptly put in a position to excel raiding operations further.
Phailure is an avid Hockey fan plays hockey weekly in a local adult league.
