Whenever I start lifting heavy again after taking a break my body bulks about 10 pounds. I was actually 203 last Thursday. Now that my routine is set hopefully I'll start seeing losses.
Kinda stuck around 255 at the moment, but I've been doing a good job of sticking to my diet. Hopefully in the next week or two I can start hitting the gym again too. Probably going to focus on mostly cardio until I get closer to my goal.
